Wyoming is the heart of America’s energy industry. Our oil and gas producers power the nation, create good-paying jobs, and are vital to our national security. The Biden administration waged a war on Wyoming’s energy sector: halting oil and gas leases, killing pipelines, and trying to push our producers out of business to advance their Green New Scam. Those days are gone.
Steve will work with President Trump to keep federal oil and gas leasing open, reverse every Biden-era drilling moratorium, and ensure that Wyoming mineral royalties flow appropriately to the state. He supports an all-of-the-above energy policy that puts American energy independence first and recognizes that Wyoming’s oil and gas industry is not the problem but the solution to affordable energy, economic growth, and national security.
Steve opposes the Green New Deal, carbon taxes, and any federal mandate that would destroy Wyoming’s energy industries. He will fight to cut the red tape that delays permitting, roll back regulatory overreach that drives up costs, and ensure the federal government supports Wyoming’s energy producers rather than waging war on them.
